Project Timeline – November - May 2018

Zancott Knight undertook a residential portfolio review for 84 rural properties, including condition and valuation assessments; and develop proposed budgets for upgrades and repairs of any deficiencies found. A summary was created to collate details of all 84 properties, including market and rental valuation figures, budget cost estimate figures and checkboxes for different types of issues found and any additional inspections required.

Project Timeline – January 2018 – April 2018

During 2017, Zancott Knight have been working in conjunction with the Indigenous Defence Consortium (IDC) and our fellow consortium members on numerous Defence industry sector sites. These small projects have allowed our team to expand their skill set and knowledge of the industry. In our home state of South Australia, we recently partnered with fellow IDC member “We Create Print Deliver” for a decal branding install. We have also undertaken other maintenance projects using our own internal South Australia-based labour.

Project timeline - 2017 - present

This project was completed on a South Australian Government funded project at the Adelaide Convention Centre. We achieved the project with glowing references and an exemplary safety record. The project was undertaken by Zancott Knight utilising approximately 20% Indigenous labour hours.

Project timeline - May 2017 - September 2017

This project introduced our team to a new client, the Department of Environment. The locations of the sites of the project works were in Jabiru, approximately 2.5 hours East of Darwin. The project involved upgrades to roofing and eaves across 3 houses and the internal upgrade of a 3-bedroom house.

Project timeline - December 2016 - March 2017

This project encompassed the design, manufacture and install of approximately 650 Emergency Evacuation Diagrams across numerous Northern Territory Defence bases. We overcame challenges with weather and suitability of various adhesives and fixing methods, and have completed the project for our clients with zero safety incidents or near misses. This project provided an opportunity to work in new locations and with new stakeholders across the in-scope Defence bases.

Project timeline - October 2017 - February 2017

Zancott Knight completed this project within timeline and budget constraints on a high security Government site. The project involved the install of split system air-conditioners and associated ducting and controls.

Project timeline - May 2016 - July 2016

This 8 week project included the decommissioning of an existing cool room and associated mechanical equipment. We then managed the install, commissioning and user training of new assets. Included in this project was the complex install of an air-con unit to an underground building on a Defence site.

Project timeline - May 2016 - July 2016

These locations include the head office of a multi-national food manufacturer and key super site of a leading international logistics provider. We have managed to save our clients 10%+ by developing and adhering to stringent SLA's.

Project timeline - October 2015 - current

Two current projects contain security and fire safety related asset installs. We have managed the install of access control, including the install of 240v power, in buildings on Commonwealth land. We also have current experience with the EWIS install, including external horn speakers, all wiring and EWIS panel install and related software.
